CPCC Museum Opens
The CPCC Museum is now on display in the foyer of the Collaroy Plateau Youth Club, Blandford St Collaroy. The display of equipment and memorabilia represents fifty years of club activity.
The Collection currently includes:
The famous Gun & Moore 'Non-Jar' bat used by Russell Murray to score a century in Under 16s
A piece of the old Nolans 1 Pitch which was the scene of the A1s famous first outright premiership for the Club in the top grade in 2000/01 and the A2s Premiership in 2002/03.
Old bats, pads, caps and other equipment
An extensive display of the Club's 50th Anniversary Tour of England including shirts, trophies, guide books and gifts
No doubt the collection will grow and who knows, we may be able to display it in our own club house one day. If any members past or present has any items of historical interest, please contact Col Huxley.
